Mariah.com is home to my network of web based projects covering the mortgage & real estate industry. Beginning in 1992, I have worked as a Loan Originator, Wholesale Account Executive, and Sales Executive for mortgage & web solution companies. I started lenderama three years ago as a way to stay in touch with my client base of mortgage brokers established over my career. I originally planned to originate loans, but wanted a way to keep in contact with all of those brokers in case I ever went back to wholesale sales. At the time, very few industry professionals were using blogs, but I had seen their effectiveness in politics and decided to give it a shot. lenderama became a full fledged blog in January of 2005. It took off. My readership is nationwide, and in the thousands. It's success has lead to other web2.0 projects including REMBEX and Denver Modern Homes.
